United World International University is a legally registered international university in the United States of America. It operates as an independent international educational entity in the fields of higher education, vocational training, and academic development, in accordance with its internal regulations and approved organizational systems, and in compliance with the laws and regulations governing education in the countries where it operates.
The university specializes in offering educational and academic programs through both in-person and distance learning via its international educational platform. Its programs include bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in various scientific, administrative, humanities, and professional disciplines, all within its approved academic frameworks.
The university also specializes in entering into academic cooperation agreements and protocols with universities, academies, and educational institutions both locally and internationally. It is responsible for integrating and accrediting educational institutions wishing to join its educational system and for organizing academic and educational supervision frameworks for programs offered through its international platform, in accordance with the regulations and conditions approved by the university administration. وتختص الجامعة بتقديم البرامج التعليمية والأكاديمية بنظام التعليم الحضوري والتعليم عن بُعد، من خلال منصتها التعليمية الدولية التابعة لها، وتشمل برامجها درجات البكالوريوس، والماجستير، والدكتوراه في مختلف التخصصات العلمية والإدارية والإنسانية والمهنية، وذلك وفق الأطر الأكاديمية المعتمدة لديها.
كما تختص الجامعة بإبرام اتفاقيات وبروتوكولات تعاون أكاديمي مع الجامعات والأكاديميات والمؤسسات التعليمية محليًا ودوليًا، وضم واعتماد المؤسسات التعليمية الراغبة في الانضمام إلى منظومتها التعليمية، وتنظيم أطر الإشراف الأكاديمي والتعليمي على البرامج المقدمة عبر منصتها الدولية، وفق الضوابط والشروط المعتمدة من إدارة الجامعة.
وتتولى الجامعة الإشراف الأكاديمي وإصدار الشهادات والدرجات العلمية الخاصة ببرامجها التعليمية، أو اعتماد الشهادات الصادرة عن المؤسسات التعليمية المنضمة لمنصتها الدولية، وذلك وفق الأنظمة التعليمية المعتمدة لديها، ودون أن يُعد ذلك بديلاً عن أي اعتماد حكومي أو رسمي تشترطه القوانين المحلية في بعض الدول، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك صراحةً في اتفاقيات مستقلة.
وتعمل الجامعة على تطوير منظومتها التعليمية والإدارية بما يواكب التحول الرقمي العالمي في قطاع التعليم، وبما يحقق أهدافها المؤسسية والتعليمية، وذلك في حدود اختصاصاتها وصلاحياتها القانونية المعتمدة.
